Awful company. Given it would be illegal to re hire existing staff on such low pay, the manner of execution is unacceptable but is the outcome inevitable? Would a tribunal consider this?
The tribunal would undoubtedly be aware of the history of any case brought before it in the P&O saga, but would still have to apply the normal principles of assessing loss as in any other successful claim.
