More than 2 million workers to have their tips protected
In the hospitality industry, it is unjust that some workers do not get to keep all the tips they earn. This is because a significant portion of these tips are either taken by the employer, or shared amongst the team, including management staff. This practice is unfair to the workers who rely on these tips as a primary source of income.
