Company holding onto redundancy pay and other payments - what can I do?

Q. I was made redundant and received the formal letter, P45 and termination of notice letter. I have also received my payslip and should have been paid my redundancy, februarys pay and holidays stated on my payslip. The company have emailed to state they don’t have the funds to pay us. I have raised this with ACAS and followed conciliation process. They are holding onto my redundancy , previous pay and holiday pay. It’s really affecting my mental health and anxiety - please can you provide advice

A. It's understandably stressful to deal with unpaid entitlements, and it's good that you've already taken steps to address this by engaging with ACAS and following the conciliation process.
