1. Employer changing terms of contract and overtime rates. Can they do it?

Q. My employer would like to change my contract from 1st of May . they gave me 8 days notice to sing a new contract . is it legal ? on my old contrat says that employer may add to amend or vary the terms with one month noticed . Also they want to change my overtime rate on my new contract . less than I had before . For example I have double pay on Sunday and they offer me in new contract 1.5 on Sunday.  thank you
