Statutory Sick Pay
Q. Hi I am hoping you can help me. I am off sick pending a disciplinary
My company gave me a form to complete to be referred to occupational health
Can they access occupational health without giving them my authority. I’ve been signed off for the next 2 weeks and been told they are holding back my company sick pay so only getting paid SSP. if I decide to resign during these 2 weeks will they still pay me the SSP during my notice.
