Can you help with a holiday calculation?

Q. My partner works part time 4 days a week Total of 21hours. How many days holiday is she entitled to including bank holiday and excluding bank holiday.

A. The best way to find the answer to this question or any other similar holiday calculation questions is to use the.GOV website. The government has produced a very useful calculator (I use it all the ti me) just for people like us who find calculating holidays a complete nightmare.

I have checked for you, and your partner’s annual statutory holiday entitlement is 117.6 hours or 22.4 days per year, which includes bank and public holidays. Without bank and public holidays included, it is 16 days.
