My employer made me sign a contract but after reading into it more the contract doesn't match up to anything money, time off ,working hours. And they have put on it about the training they had to put me though to be able to do this job. If I left the contract says I would have to pay it back. I am currently am currently like the black sheep and its a very toxic environment to work in.
Am just curious if I walked out would it be justified to put me in a better place
