Contracts

Q. I want to issue contracts to my staff. They are about eight pages long when printed and I have been told to print two copies, one for me as the employer and one for my member of staff and that they should be signed and dated. I have 20 members of staff. Apart the vast amount of paperwork, this is going to be very time consuming. Can I just email them over.

My solicitor said I need them signed and dated so I must print them. Is there another way of doing this?

A. My printer ink supplier is none too happy with me. The printer only occasionally fires up in the corner of the room because virtually everything I do now is electronic. I find it cheaper, more efficient and more secure.
