Here’s a thing - In the vast, dynamic dance of human existence, rife with its ebbs and flows, there is a particular group that often gets swept under the carpet - a group that bears the future for all of us, yet faces indifference or even disdain when at work.

More than fifty per cent of these brave warriors, these mothers, have been subjected to various forms of discrimination. This could be while they are nurturing life within them, during their maternity leave, or upon returning to the harsh realities of the workplace. This alarming statistic is courtesy of the campaign group, Pregnant Then Screwed.

The organisation undertook the herculean task of surveying over 24,000 parents, unveiling a chilling reality.
