The Claimant, Mr Hallett brought a claims of:

  • unfair dismissal,

  • breach of contract,

  • sexual orientation dismissal,

  • failure to be provided with written reasons for dismissal, and

  • failure to allow him the right to be accompanied at a disciplinary or a grievance hearing.
