Always provide enough information
Whether it's a grievance or a tribunal claim, it pays to get it all in at the outset
I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve had to write to ask for additional information when considering a grievance or addressing an employment tribunal claim.
The failure to provide enough information happens all the time, but it’s not surprising. When people have a grievance, or write a tribunal claim, their feelings are obviously running high and emotions sometimes get the better of them.
So, I’m going to tell you what to include with a short example.
